I am so proud of my husband. Dominique finished 1:56:39 at the 3M 1/2 Marathon this morning. (For anyone unfamiliar with a 1/2 marathon, it is 13.18 miles.) He made it look so easy! The kids and Grandma Mary and I almost missed him running by, but fortunately I spotted him. It was a super windy day which postponed the start of the race by an hour, however, the kids did great waiting at the finish line. Afterwards we went to the Flip Happy Crepe and had yummy crepes. My friend Leigh, who also ran the marathon, met us there with her family which made it even more fun. Here is a picture at home of my guy with his medal.
The kids are having a blast with Grandma Mary and will be so sad to see her go home tomorrow. Here they are having a little fun with decorating....
