Hello Duck Friends

It was a beautiful afternoon yesterday so we headed to the duck pond in San Gabriel Park here in Gtown. Boy those ducks were hungry!

Paige's Christmas Program

Paige's preschool had a short and sweet Christmas program Tuesday night. I taped some of it, however, was unable to upload it. Here is Dad's video. Enjoy!

Bedtime Stories

Part of our night time routine is reading bed time stories. Trey brings home his 'book bag books' from school every day to practice reading. Here he is reading to Paige. Paige can actually 'read' them also - I can't get over the memories these two have!

One of Trey's bday presents from his friend was a little remote control car. Add that to a remote control truck Grandma Mary gave him a few years back and you get a recipe for FUN!

Big Girl Bed!

We have had this bed in a box for a little while now debating whether Paige was ready for it to be set up and this morning, first thing, she told Daddy she was ready for her big girl bed. So here it is...down to bed at 7:30 and so far, no little footsteps. We are keeping our fingers crossed! It is super high - even I have to climb up!

Trey had another bowling party to celebrate his birthday this year. The kids had fun, the cake was yummy and everything ran very smoothely. It was a great day!

Halloween Celebrations

Halloween was a hit this year. They both had a blast and can't wait to eat all of the candy, which by the way, we have enough to feed a small village.

Happy Birthday Tucker!!

Today is Tucker's 10th Birthday! Happy Birthday Tucker! We started the day by singing "Happy Birthday" to him as he shook like a leaf (such a nervous nelly). Then he got to play with a paper towel card board tube - don't know why, but he goes crazy with those. As a gift, Tucker will be receiving a $300 teeth cleaning. Okay, so that is more of a gift for us as he will be free of bad breath. Thank goodness!

This is a picture of me when I was 4 1/2 years old with my best friend, Marysa, and her brother, Jonmichael. We met in 1975 when we moved from NY to Ohio and we are still friends to this very day.

Sibling Love

So last night after we were done reading our bedtime stories, Trey said, "Mommy, go get your camera to take a picture of us ... cheeeeeeeeeeeeeese", as he was putting his arm around Paige and leaning into her. Aaaawwww, how sweet.
