Once a Princess, Always a Princess

Our good friends gave Paige a Cinderella costume so now she has two in her dress up collection. Like I always say - you can never have enough princess dresses!

Ballerina Paige

Too cute for words is all I can say. Paige loves her new ballerina skirt. It has rose petals and leaves inside that 'move' throughout the skirt. Here she is showing off some of her dance moves, jumps, twirls and balancing positions.

Easter 2010

Saturday morning was our neighborhood Easter egg hunt which went very well. Both kiddos had a blast and came home with way too much candy. Not good for my sweet tooth at all!

Then on Easter Sunday, the Easter bunny made a stop at our house. What fun it was to find all the hidden eggs and an Easter basket full of treats!

Haircut

I took Paige to get her hair cut today at my salon. She loved socializing with all the Sun City residents who were there getting their hair set. They thought she was adorable! Of course she had to have her lollipop after. Good thing they had some!

Bathing Beauty

Paige is totally into Princesses and was super excited when I showed her this bathing suit that I thought she would come out of her skin. Good thing it fit okay since I would have had an impossible time wrestling it away from her.

Snow!

Here is a picture taken 1 hour after my previous post pics. By the end of the day, the walkways/driveway/patios were all covered too. I think everyone and their dog made a snow man, except us (the strep trio). However, I did manage to throw a snowball or two at Trey and Paige and they thought it was hilarious!! And Trey creamed me between the inside of my hood and my cheek. Nice shot! Sorry I don't have more to share! It all melted away today.

Miscellaneous

We finally bought some barstools to go at our kitchen counter. The kids think they are fun to sit at. When I sit there, it makes me want to order a gin & tonic, but the bartender never shows up.

Trey and Paige had a little sleep over last Friday night in Trey's room, however, I don't think there was much sleeping going on.

And finally....SNOW! It started at 6 a.m. and it is supposed to snow ALL day long!! It is just beautiful and I can't get over the size of the flakes! Either my memory has been totally erased of snow from when I grew up in the Northeast, or the saying really does apply "everything's bigger in Texas"! It has been an hour since I took these pics and the grass is now completely covered/white - I will be sure to get a pic at the end of the day to post.
