Happy Anniversary

Dominique and I celebrated our 12th year together yesterday. WOW. I am so blessed to be married to such a wonderful guy. Love you honey!!

My other gift. You can't really see it in the picture unfortunately, as my camera couldn't focus in closer. It is a copper circle with two dandelions carved into it along with Trey's and Paige's name. I love it.

Tiny Dancer

Paige started her new dance class today. It is called a "creative movement" class. She was very disappointed that there was not a tap class. Also, she has to wear the standard black leotard with pink tights as opposed to a cutesy leotard and tutu of the color of her choice. I think she liked it over all though. I liked it b/c the Moms were super nice and fun to chat with over the short 45 minute period. I am looking forward to next week already!

First day of Preschool

Paige was SO ready to start preschool. Thank Goodness September 7th finally got here!

Nobody wants to get up early in the morning for school. This includes Mommy. ;)

First day of 1st Grade

No, he did not want a new back pack or lunch box.

No, I didn't get him all dressed up in something nice for his first day.

No, I wasn't 'allowed' to walk him in to his new classroom with the other 500 something parents and therefore, dropped him off in the car rider line (along with maybe 4 other cars).

Yes, that back pack is 1/2 of his size.

Yes, he had a good day and likes his teacher.

Yes, I can't believe he is in 1st grade.
